• Draft petitions, motions, discovery requests and responses, and appellate briefs.
• Conduct depositions of family members, medical experts, and financial institutions.
• Represent clients in court hearings and status conferences, and argue motions before probate judges.
• Assist and eventually lead trials, preparing briefs and presenting evidence.
• Advise clients through adult guardianships and trust disputes, reviewing financial records for abuse findings.
