Responsibilities

• Meet with clients, claim representatives, experts and other personnel relative to case work.
• Research existing case law to support current arguments.
• Prepare documents, deposition summaries, draft motions.
• Attend hearings and other court mandated meetings.
• Provide legal guidance and support.
