This role requires a skilled advocate who can compassionately but honestly guide clients through emotionally challenging legal conflicts. Candidate attributes should include strong academic performance, proficient legal writing skills, research, and mastery of oral advocacy. Candidate is expected to employ investigative skills and assist in preparation of statewide probate matters with large amounts in controversy.
