Job summary

Keystone Law Group seeks an Associate Attorney to strengthen our trust and estate litigation practice. The role focuses on researching complex issues, drafting pleadings, and supporting probate matters from inception to resolution.

The candidate should have 1–3 years of probate litigation experience and be a CA Bar member. The firm offers robust onboarding, training, and a collaborative, technology-driven environment with remote/hybrid options.

Qualifications

• CA Bar admission required.
• Strong academic record; law review preferred.
• Experience in probate or trust litigation is a plus.
• Ability to research, write, and draft pleadings with precision.

Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research for trust and estate litigation matters.
• Draft pleadings, motions, memoranda, and related documents.
• Assist with probate administrations and conservatorship matters from start to finish.
• Make court appearances in probate courts as needed.
• Collaborate with Senior attorneys and Partners on matters and cases.
