BCG Attorney Search seeks an experienced Probate and Estate Administration Attorney to join the Melbourne, Florida team. This role focuses on intestate estate administration for families of deceased clients within a well-resourced legal environment.

You will open and administer estates in Florida probate court, file probate documents, and serve as the primary contact for families while coordinating with internal teams to support scalable probate processes and manage a high-volume caseload,

Qualifications

• Florida Bar membership with probate experience.
• Knowledge of Florida Probate Code.
• Process-oriented and highly organized.
• Entrepreneurial mindset to shape a new practice area.
• Strong communication with families and stakeholders.
• Experience in contested probate matters.

Responsibilities

• Open and administer intestate estates in Florida probate court.
• Prepare and file necessary probate documents.
• Serve as the primary legal contact for families.
