Qualifications

• Florida probate experience required.
• Active Florida Bar membership required.
• Experience handling estate administration matters, including filings and court proceedings.

Responsibilities

• Open and administer intestate estates in Florida probate court.
• Prepare and file petitions, inventories, and related probate documents.
• Serve as primary contact for families, providing guidance and support.
• Coordinate with internal teams on legal strategy and filings.
• Manage a high-volume probate docket with accuracy and care.
• Handle contested and uncontested probate matters.
• Help establish scalable probate processes for the firm.
