BCG Attorney Search is seeking an experienced Probate and Estate Administration Attorney to join a law firm in Gainesville, Florida, to build a practice area from the ground up leveraging resources and case volume.

You will open and administer estates, file probate documents, and serve as the primary contact for families while coordinating with internal teams to manage a high-volume caseload, including contested matters.

Qualifications

• Florida Bar membership with substantial probate experience.
• Strong knowledge of Florida Probate Code.
• Process-oriented and highly organized.
• Entrepreneurial mindset to shape a new practice area.
• Strong communication skills with families and stakeholders.
• Experience in contested probate matters.

Responsibilities

• Open and administer intestate estates in Florida probate court.
• Prepare and file necessary probate documents.
• Serve as the primary legal contact for families.
• Coordinate with internal teams for administrative support.
• Manage a high-volume caseload with precision.
• Handle both uncontested and contested probate matters.
• Help establish scalable probate processes.
