Job summary

BCG Attorney Search in Jacksonville, FL seeks an experienced Probate and Estate Administration Attorney to join a well-established firm and build a new practice area focused on intestate estates.

The attorney will open and administer estates, file probate documents, and serve as the primary contact for families while coordinating with internal teams to support administrative needs and maintain a high-volume caseload.

Qualifications

• Florida Bar member with probate experience.
• Deep knowledge of Florida Probate Code.
• Process-oriented and highly organized.
• Entrepreneurial mindset to shape a new practice area.
• Strong communication with families and stakeholders.
• Experience in contested probate matters.

Responsibilities

• Open and administer intestate estates in Florida probate court.
• Prepare and file necessary probate documents.
• Serve as the primary legal contact for families.
• Coordinate with internal teams for administrative support.
• Manage a high-volume caseload with precision.
• Handle both uncontested and contested probate matters.
• Help establish scalable probate processes.
