You will open and administer estates, file petitions and inventories, and collaborate with internal teams to shape strategy while managing a high-volume docket and handling contested matters.

Qualifications

• Active Florida Bar membership is required.
• Experience in probate and estate administration.
• Strong knowledge of Florida Probate Code and procedures.
• Process-oriented and highly organized with ability to manage a high-volume docket.

Responsibilities

• Open and administer intestate estates in Florida probate court.
• Prepare and file petitions and inventories.
• Serve as primary contact for families, providing guidance.
• Coordinate with internal teams on strategy and filings.
• Manage a high-volume caseload with precision.
• Handle both contested and uncontested probate matters.
• Help establish scalable probate processes as the practice grows.
