BCG Attorney Search is assisting a Hudson, Florida law firm in hiring an experienced Probate and Estate Administration Attorney to build and manage a new practice area. The role leverages substantial firm resources and a high case volume to establish scalable probate processes.

You will handle Florida intestate estates, file petitions, coordinate with families, and guide clients through complex dispositions, with opportunities to shape strategy and expand the firm's probate footprint.

Qualifications

• Florida Bar membership with probate & estate administration experience.
• Strong knowledge of Florida Probate Code.
• Highly organized and process-oriented.
• Entrepreneurial mindset to shape a new practice area.
• Strong communication with families & internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Open and administer intestate estates in Florida probate court.
• Prepare and file probate documents, including petitions and final accountings.
• Serve as the primary legal contact for families, guiding them through the process.
• Coordinate with internal teams on legal strategy and filings.
• Manage a high-volume caseload with precision.
• Handle both uncontested and contested probate matters.
