Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Patrol Incident Assessment in Des Moines, IA to monitor and safeguard clients across food and beverage locations and other facilities. You will patrol, maintain a visible presence, verify access, and report security concerns with professionalism.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Background check will be conducted in accordance with applicable laws.
• Drug screen required as a condition of employment.
• Licensing requirements may apply where required by state/local laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and protect clients, employees, visitors, and deliveries following site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of interior/exterior areas, parking, and perimeters to deter incidents.
• Monitor entry/exit points, verify visitor/contractor authorization, and maintain logs.
• Respond to incidents and alarms, document observations, and report concerns promptly.
