Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, employees, visitors, and delivery personnel by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-control practices, and emergency response activities at a food and beverage production location.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of interior areas, exterior grounds, parking areas, perimeter points, and shipping/receiving locations to deter unauthorized activity and identify security concerns.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify visitor and contractor authorization, maintain required logs, and direct individuals per site policies.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly; document observations and promptly report concerns to relevant personnel.
• Support adherence to facility procedures for employee, visitor, and vehicle traffic with a professional presence.
