Qualifications

• At least two years of security-related experience is required.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state/local laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees at a financial institution by carrying out site-specific security procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interior areas, exterior grounds, parking areas, and the business perimeter.
• Monitor access points and assist with visitor management to maintain authorized entry to restricted areas.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner and document actions taken.
• Complete accurate activity logs, incident reports, and shift documentation and communicate information to leadership.
