Job summary

Princeton Management is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our on-site team in Fort Wayne, IN. The role focuses on performing multi-trade repairs, preventive maintenance, and ensuring safe, clean common areas for residents and staff.

You will troubleshoot carpentry, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and appliance issues, lift up to 50 lbs, and participate in after-hours on-call emergencies as needed. A positive, proactive attitude is essential.

Responsibilities

• Professionally communicate with coworkers, vendors, and residents.

• Complete service requests in occupied apartments in a timely manner.
• Maintain common hallways and community room areas.
• Turn vacant apartments to be lease-ready and handle evictions aid.
• Perform carpentry, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and appliance repairs.
• Maintain exterior and common area lighting and safety during winter.
