The role requires a positive attitude, the ability to work independently or as part of a team, and strong organizational skills to prioritize service requests and ensure timely completion. Valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and troubleshooting abilities are essential.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.
• Willingness to perform maintenance tasks, preventive maintenance and on-call duties.

Responsibilities

• Communicate professionally with coworkers, vendors, and residents.
• Lead by example with a positive attitude and teamwork.
• Prioritize work and report issues to management.
• Complete service requests in occupied apartments promptly.
• Maintain common areas and prepare vacant units for leasing.
• Perform basic carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC tasks as needed.
• Handle on-call maintenance emergencies and repeatable overtime duties.
• Lift up to 50 lbs and climb ladders as required.
• Support supervisors and managers with additional tasks as needed.
