Sonoco is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Reliability Tech in West Chester, OH. The role focuses on proactive maintenance tasks to ensure timely and quality production, with a 2nd shift and a $0.75 differential.

Qualifications

• Experience in an industrial environment or military experience.
• Experience troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining manufacturing equipment.
• Experience with PLC troubleshooting and motor controls preferred.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain auxiliary equipment as required by production.
• Maintain and repair utility and facility equipment as directed by the Plant Engineer.
• Assist/train other maintenance personnel with repairs, PMs, and rebuilds.
• Collaborate with other departments for proactive problem resolution.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area.
• Manage small projects to maintain or upgrade equipment.
• Perform duties in support of Sonoco's quality and safety policies.
