Qualifications

• Proven record in customer service, project management and sales.
• Printing, design and signs knowledge is a plus.
• Computer savvy; marketing, business communication and design interest.
• Ability to build and maintain customer trust and confidence.
• Energetic, enthusiastic and curious disposition.

Responsibilities

• Learn AlphaGraphics products/services, production processes, pricing and capabilities.
• Recruit new clients, retain and expand existing client base; upsell where possible.
• Communicate confidently with customers via phone, email and in-person.
• Demonstrate strong time management; be organized and detail-oriented.
• Collaborate in a team or independently to ensure a positive client experience.
• Provide feedback and recommendations on projects; assist pricing and estimation.
• Prepare timely, professional job estimates and price negotiations.
• Resolve customer inquiries promptly and proactively.
• Utilize Point of Sale to create, price and communicate quotes.
