AlphaGraphics Marietta is seeking a dynamic sales professional to increase company sales by converting inbound leads and growing sales with existing clients while delivering world-class customer service. Compensation includes hourly pay plus commissions.

As part of a fast-paced print and visual communications company, you will learn our products, target new clients, and collaborate with a supportive team to drive revenue and customer satisfaction in a competitive market.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service and sales.
• Knowledge of printing, design and signs is a plus.
• Computer savvy with marketing and business communication skills.
• Ability to build, secure and maintain customer trust and confidence.

• Strong analytic, written and verbal skills.
• Professional appearance is required.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to leverage social media, CRM and technology.
• Project management and B2B marketing skills are helpful.

Responsibilities

• Gains a thorough knowledge of all AlphaGraphics products and services, production processes, capabilities, and pricing.
• Recruit new clients and retain existing customer base while expanding offerings.
• Communicate with customers and/or prospects confidently via phone, email and face to face.
• Exhibits strong time management skills, detail oriented and organized.
• Works well within a team environment and independly.
• From initial engagement to completion, ensures all clients have a positive business experience.
• Consults with customers to help them make decisions; upsells when there are opportunities.
• Provides feedback and recommendations to client's projects, helps them see new possibilities.
• Creates job estimates that are prepared in a timely manner, professionally presented and carefully reviewed for job pricing and accuracy.
• Routinely resolves customer inquiries and addresses any issues immediately.
• Displays necessary mastery of Point of Sale application to effectively create, price and communication customer projects.
• Follows up on customer leads as needed.
• Maintains a proactive response to potential client concerns and contacts the client before a problem is encountered.
• Continuously seeks improvement through process, capabilities and feedback.
