Qualifications

• Completion of high school or GED; additional technical training or certifications are preferred.
• Demonstrated history of success in a maintenance or similar technical capacity.
• Comprehensive understanding of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical system operations.
• Proficiency in interpreting technical schematics and equipment manuals.
• Strong analytical mindset and a keen eye for precision.

Responsibilities
