Responsibilities include preventative maintenance, repairs, LOTO inspections, and stock management to keep operations efficient. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma, strong mechanical aptitude, and experience with machine tools and reading blueprints.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Fluent in reading, writing, and understanding English.
• Hands-on experience with lathes, milling machines, welders, and precision measuring tools.
• Proficient in interpreting blueprints and schematics and applying basic mathematical principles.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues effectively.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and assist with repairs or modifications to plant and office facilities.
• Maintain accurate records for all production equipment and ensure compliance with Lock Out Tag Out annual inspections.
• Conduct diagnostics and repairs on machinery using specialized tools, meters, and scopes as required.
• Perform preventative maintenance tasks and follow all established procedures, practices, and safety protocols.
• Collaborate with the Plant Manager to schedule equipment servicing and resolve mechanical issues.
• Respond promptly to unexpected issues and perform other duties as assigned by management.
