Under routine supervision, you will monitor loads, document detention times, and support the safety culture while coordinating with fleet maintenance and drivers to sustain vehicle readiness and productivity.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED with up to 1 year of transportation or customer service experience.
• Ability to transmit, receive and interpret ideas clearly through various mediums.
• Ability to meet driver needs and provide excellent service.
• Ability to work with diverse individuals in a collaborative manner.
• Ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment and shifting priorities.

Responsibilities

• Dispatch and resolve problems for company drivers, contracted drivers, and carriers.
• Monitor loads and communicate proactively with customers to maintain pickup/delivery times.
• Document driver detention times to ensure on-time pay.
• Promote safety culture and enforce DOT/company policies.
• Support team members as needed.
• Communicate professionally with drivers via phone and system messages; maintain driver engagement.
