Job summary

Pepper's Personal Assistants in the Seattle area (Woodinville) seeks an experienced Personal Assistant to support a professional family. This role focuses on proactive household management and personalized support rather than childcare or housekeeping-only tasks.

You’ll manage household operations and systems to help life run smoothly. The position is on-site, 20 hours/week, with compensation of $28–$31 per hour based on experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in household management, executive assistance, hospitality, or luxury service.
• Ability to lift up to 35 pounds and a valid driver’s license.
• Comfortable around cats.
• Not childcare, housekeeping-only, or entry-level admin work.

Responsibilities

• Planning and preparing meals.
• Grocery shopping and household errands.
• Laundry and wardrobe care.
• Creating and maintaining household organization systems.
• Daily household resets, dishes, and light upkeep.
