Pepper's Personal Assistants in Woodinville is seeking a proactive Personal Assistant to support a busy professional family. This on-site role focuses on household management, organization, and proactive service to make life run smoothly.

Hours are 20 per week with a typical 10am-3pm schedule, Mon/Fri preferred and flexible on other days. Compensation ranges from $28–$31 per hour, based on experience, with start date ASAP.

Qualifications

• Experience in household management or executive assistance.
• Comfortable working in a neurodiverse household and with families.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Able to lift up to 35 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Plan and prepare meals.
• Grocery shopping and household errands.
• Laundry and wardrobe care.
• Create and maintain household organization systems.
