Sage Haus in Bellevue, WA seeks an experienced House Manager & Family Assistant with meal prep support. This full-time role (35–40 hours) offers $35–$40/hour, PTO, sick leave, and a monthly health stipend. Start date August 1, 2026, with flexible hours.

You will manage household operations, plan and prepare meals, handle laundry, shopping, and vendor coordination, and support daily family activities. Independence and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Previous household management experience is preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.
• Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Maintain household organization and daily upkeep across living areas.
• Plan and prepare 3–4 meals per week; handle grocery shopping and meal prep cleanup.
• Oversee laundry, linens, and closet organization; iron/steam as needed.
• Restock pantry/fridge; manage subscriptions and household supplies.
• Provide occasional school pickup support and family logistics when needed.
• Coordinate vendor repairs and manage service providers; supervise seasonal property maintenance.
• Support administrative tasks: travel planning, calendar management, and scheduling.
