Qualifications

• Maintain a smoke-free environment.
• Reliable transportation and clean driving record (mileage reimbursement provided).
• Experience working with and around children.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and navigate stairs.
• Ability to work independently with a proactive, self-sufficient approach.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Responsibilities

• Household management and organization.
• Perform daily resets including dishes, vacuuming, wiping surfaces, making beds, and trash duties with eco-friendly products.
• Tidy playroom, art area, and kids’ spaces daily.
• Rotate seasonal clothing for kids and manage size transitions.
• Assist with organizing and hosting family events.
• Refresh mudroom and entryway for accessibility.
• Provide backup childcare and supervision as needed.
• Occasional school/activity pick-ups and transport.
• Occasional date-night babysitting.
• Travel prep for kids, packing outfits, snacks, and entertainment.
• Occasional family outings (zoo, museums, etc).
• Meal planning and prep, including produce prep and batch breakfasts.
• Prepare healthy dinners and snacks; grocery shopping help.
• Laundry & linen care for four children.
• Inventory, errands, and deliveries; manage household supplies.
• Vendor oversight and multi-property coordination.
• Deep cleaning & special projects.
• Administrative & personal assistant support.
• Pet care (cat duties; sit during travel).
