Sage Haus is seeking a proactive, organized household manager/PA to support a busy family in Silver Spring, MD. The role involves household organization, light childcare, meal prep, errands, and travel coordination for domestic and international trips.

You will work a split schedule with early mornings and evenings, plus travel roughly four times per year. A long-term, dependable partner who values calm, well-run days is ideal.

Qualifications

• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• CPR and First Aid certified, or willing to obtain.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Travel flexibility for domestic and international trips.
• Reliable transportation and a safety-conscious mindset.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain organization systems throughout the home.
• Complete daily household resets and prep for weekly cleaning.
• Light tidying of dishes, surfaces, and high-traffic areas.
• Coordinate family travel packing and unpacking.
• Prepare approximately 3 family dinners per week and meals for children.
• Wash, fold, and manage family laundry on a near-daily basis.
• Support school pickups/drop-offs and light childcare as needed.
• Assist with scheduling medical and dental appointments.
