Qualifications

• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license are required.
• Ability to navigate a multi-level home and assist with school pickups is essential.
• Comfortable working around children and pets in a family environment.
• Proactive, organized, and able to work independently with clear communication.

Responsibilities

• School pickups and drop-offs, including coordination with shuttle transportation.
• Light supervision and backup childcare during after‑school hours.
• Backpack, snack, and clothing prep.
• Strictly follow and maintain awareness of a severe egg allergy — no exceptions.
• Wash, fold and manage daily laundry; linen rotation and restocking.
• Maintain household organization, daily resets, and prep for weekly cleaners.
• Restock fridge, pantry, and cleaning supplies; manage household orders/subscriptions.
• Coordinate with vendors and act as point of contact for access and scheduling.
• Administrative support: manage shared calendar and assist with travel packing/unpacking.
