Job summary

Susquehanna International Group in Bala Cynwyd seeks a Helpdesk Technician to be a first point of contact for end-user support, resolving issues and contributing to proactive maintenance in a cloud-oriented, Windows 10/11, and Microsoft 365 environment.

You will support over 1,200 users, collaborate with multiple teams, and have growth opportunities through learning PowerShell or Python and participating in projects to improve stability.

Qualifications

• BS in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Engineering or a similar major preferred
• Minimum of one (1) year of experience in a technical support position required
• PC and laptop hardware and software installation and troubleshooting skills required
• Working knowledge and experience with Windows 10/11 and Office 365
• Scripting experience or an interest in PowerShell or Python is a plus

Responsibilities

• Engage with and directly support over 1,200 users across trading, business, and technical environments
• Resolve technical issues as they arise and participate in projects to prevent issues from occurring
