CBRE is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician who is a proactive, self-directed professional and takes ownership of keeping building systems operating at peak performance—while also being open to learning from experienced teammates and sharing knowledge across the team.
In this role, you’ll take initiative to perform preventive maintenance, conduct routine inspections, and complete repairs across a range of building systems, including mechanical and electrical components. You’ll play a key role in maintaining a safe, efficient, and high-performing facility, bringing strong accountability, attention to detail, and a growth mindset to a fast-paced environment. CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, includinga candidate's education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the positionis or $28.00 per hour and the maximum salary for the position is $32.00 per hour. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE's applicable benefit program.
