You will handle routine maintenance and repairs across plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and general systems, ensuring safe, clean, and well‑maintained facilities for customers and staff.

Qualifications

• Experience in facilities maintenance or related field preferred.
• General knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and mechanical repairs.
• Ability to troubleshoot and complete repairs independently.
• Ability to use hand and power tools safely.
• Willingness to perform physical work indoors and outdoors.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• Professional attitude and teamwork spirit.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs throughout the dealership facility.
• Handle basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and general repair projects.
• Inspect the property regularly and identify items requiring repair or preventative maintenance.
• Maintain lighting, doors, fixtures, furniture, and other facility components.
• Assist with basic HVAC maintenance and coordinate outside vendors when necessary.
• Maintain dealership grounds, parking areas, sidewalks, and exterior appearance.
• Perform minor equipment repairs and preventative maintenance.
• Assist with pressure washing, cleanup, and property improvement projects.
