The ideal candidate has broad skills in electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and related trades, with a proactive, detail-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently on multiple tasks.

Qualifications

• Broad working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and general building repair.
• Ability to diagnose problems quickly and determine effective solutions.
• Comfortable operating independently with multiple open work orders.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary go-to resource for facility repairs and maintenance across interior and exterior areas.
• Identify maintenance issues and address them before they become larger problems.
• Respond promptly to repair requests from department managers and leadership.
• Ensure all workspaces and common areas are safe, functional, and well maintained.
