Qualifications

• Proven experience in facilities maintenance, general contracting, building trades, or a related field.
• Broad working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and general building repair.
• Ability to diagnose problems quickly and determine cost-effective solutions.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary go-to resource for facility repairs and maintenance across all interior and exterior areas of the dealership.
• Identify maintenance issues proactively and address them before they become larger problems.
• Respond promptly to repair requests from department managers and leadership.
• Ensure all workspaces, customer facing areas, and common areas are safe, functional, and well maintained at all times.
• Perform basic to intermediate electrical work including lighting repairs and replacements, outlet issues, breaker troubleshooting, and fixture installations.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical systems and equipment throughout the facility.
• Coordinate with licensed contractors for work requiring permitting or specialized licensing and serve as on-site contact.
• Handle a wide range of interior repairs including drywall patching, painting, door hardware, flooring, cabinetry, plumbing fixtures, and general carpentry.
• Maintain restrooms, break rooms, offices, service bays, and customer lounges in clean, working order.
• Hang, mount, and install fixtures, signage, shelving, and equipment as needed.
• Address work orders in a timely and professional manner with attention to detail and craftsmanship.
