Job summary

Ford of Boerne is seeking a dependable, hands-on Facilities Maintenance Technician to help maintain our dealership property, buildings, equipment, and grounds. This role requires taking ownership, proactive problem solving, and a strong work ethic in a busy dealership environment.

Ideal candidates will have experience in facilities maintenance, basic plumbing/electrical skills, and the ability to troubleshoot and complete repairs independently.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in facilities maintenance, construction, property maintenance, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs throughout the dealership facility.
• Handle basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and general repair projects.
• Inspect the property regularly and identify items requiring repair or preventative maintenance.
• Maintain lighting, doors, fixtures, furniture, and other facility components.
• Assist with basic HVAC maintenance and coordinate outside vendors when necessary.
• Maintain dealership grounds, parking areas, sidewalks, and exterior appearance.
• Perform minor equipment repairs and preventative maintenance.
• Assist with pressure washing, cleanup, and property improvement projects.
