Job summary

Responsibilities include general repairs across buildings and grounds, troubleshooting plumbing/electric/mechanical issues, and assisting with landscaping and renovations as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in handyman work, facilities maintenance, construction or related fields.
• Strong knowledge of hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment.
• Ability to troubleshoot problems and determine practical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Perform general repairs and maintenance throughout dealership buildings and facilities.
• Troubleshoot and repair common building, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical issues.
• Perform basic carpentry, drywall, painting, and other general repairs.
