Job summary

Amazon is hiring an Injury Prevention Specialist to lead on-site injury prevention and proactive safety at our Canton, Mississippi fulfillment center. You will drive ergonomic training, data-driven interventions, and workplace evaluations to reduce risk and protect associates.

You will partner with operations, coach teams, and support emergency response while ensuring adherence to safety policies and program goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Certified Athletic Trainer (BOC or State) required.
• Valid First Aid, CPR & AED certification required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital recordkeeping.
• Experience in an occupational or industrial setting.
• Experience with an industrial wellness program.

Responsibilities

• Lead injury prevention and ergonomic training on-site.
• Perform comprehensive workplace evaluations to identify hazards.
• Analyze injury trends and design evidence-based interventions.
• Partner with operations teams to integrate prevention strategies.
• Coach associates to adopt safer work practices and behaviors.
• Support emergency response and care delivery at the site.
