Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC seeks an Injury Prevention Specialist (IPS) to lead onsite injury prevention and proactive safety at the Baton Rouge Fulfillment Center. You will partner with the local WHS team to improve movement techniques and reduce injuries through ergonomic training and engagement.

Responsibilities include designing targeted interventions, conducting workplace evaluations, and delivering coaching to associates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher required.
• Certified Athletic Trainer (BOC or State) required.
• First Aid/CPR/AED certification required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and digital recordkeeping.

Responsibilities

• Lead injury prevention initiatives using data-driven analysis.
• Design and implement ergonomic training and interventions.
• Collaborate with operations to integrate prevention into daily workflows.
• Respond to emergencies and assist site safety personnel as needed.
