Job summary

Amazon is hiring an Injury Prevention Specialist (IPS) to join the Workplace Health & Safety team at a Fulfillment Center in Georgia. You will lead onsite injury prevention efforts, use data to guide ergonomic interventions, and work with site leadership to minimize risk and improve worker wellbeing.

Experience in athletic training and safety programs is required. You will collaborate with AAs and operations to embed prevention into daily workflows, provide coaching, and assist in emergency

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Certified Athletic Trainer (BOC or equivalent) required.
• First Aid, CPR, and AED certification valid at start date.

Responsibilities

• Lead injury prevention through data analysis and ergonomic interventions.
• Conduct workplace evaluations to identify hazards and reduce risk.
• Deliver ergonomic education and coaching to associates.
• Partner with operations to integrate prevention into daily work.
• Support on-site emergency response and care delivery as needed.
