Job summary

Amazon’s Workplace Health & Safety (WHS) team seeks an Injury Prevention Specialist to lead on-site injury prevention and proactive safety at a Canton, MS fulfillment center. You will work with site WHS leadership to improve movement techniques and ergonomics, reducing soreness and injury while promoting safe work practices.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and active athletic trainer credentials, with First Aid/CPR/AED certification, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Certified Athletic Trainer (BOC or state).
• Valid First Aid/CPR/AED certification.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital recordkeeping.

Responsibilities

• Lead injury prevention through data analysis and ergonomic interventions.
• Develop and deliver ergonomic education and coaching to associates.
• Partner with operations to integrate prevention strategies into daily workflows.
• Perform on-site workplace evaluations and hazard eliminations.
