You will act as the primary liaison among owners, tenants, vendors, leasing professionals, and internal teams to drive financial performance, maintenance quality, and lease compliance.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in commercial property management is required.
• Experience coordinating maintenance, vendors, and property improvements.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of assigned commercial properties.
• Serve as the primary point of contact between owners, tenants, vendors, and internal teams.
• Develop relationships with owners and tenants through consistent communication and service.
• Coordinate maintenance with vendors and monitor work through completion.
• Conduct regular property inspections to identify needs and ensure quality work.
• Coordinate rent collection and monitor receivables and delinquencies.
• Review and approve property-related invoices and monthly expenses.
• Provide owners with regular reporting on financials, maintenance, and leasing activity.
• Develop an understanding of leases and manage operations per lease terms.
• Assist leasing professionals with property information and transitions.
• Obtain competitive bids for repairs and capital improvements.
• Maintain strong relationships with service providers and coordinate vendor work.
• Identify property improvements and potential capital expenditures.
• Support budgeting, cash reserves, and replacement planning with accounting.
• Monitor expenses and seek operational efficiencies.
• Respond promptly to tenant concerns and urgent property issues.
• Maintain accurate property records and communications.
