Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree a plus.
• Minimum of three years in a professional customer-facing role or two years in banking, preferably branch-based.
• Experience handling money is required.
• Must complete the in-house training program within a reasonable timeframe.
• Good verbal and written communications skills; Spanish or another language a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and manage lobby flow to understand needs and connect customers with appropriate services.
• Provide accurate, efficient branch transactions and maintain high-quality customer service.
• Know product and service offerings; communicate benefits, requirements, and fees clearly to customers.
• Maintain customer information and note future financial needs for follow-up opportunities.
• Refer customers to other bank associates or departments when appropriate.
• Support branch operations and meet monthly goals as part of a team.
