Job summary

Lifestyle Communities seeks a Maintenance Technician II for our Charleston, SC community. You will manage facilities and maintenance operations, lead a small team, and ensure high resident satisfaction through timely service requests and preventive upkeep.

You will perform repairs, assist with capital projects, and uphold safety standards while coordinating with the Maintenance Manager. Experience in residential property management is preferred and candidates must have a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of residential apartment or facilities management experience.
• Customer service delivery is essential, with strong time management and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Complete resident work orders and service requests promptly while delivering excellent resident experiences.
• Maintain grounds, clubhouses, buildings, and pools to ensure quality standards.
• Keep work areas clean and operate tools and equipment safely per guidelines.
• Support capital improvements and sitewide initiatives with regional team.
• Take emergency service calls on a rotation and assist with seasonal tasks such as pool maintenance or snow removal.
• Maintain curb appeal, including pet waste and trash removal as needed.
