Qualifications

• 3+ years in professional services, software implementation, or related roles.
• Experience with APIs for integration and data exchange.
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues following best practices.
• Strong written and verbal communication with clients and teams.
• Willingness to learn new tools and platforms in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Implement Proactive AI Agents from requirements to deployment.
• Deliver technical tasks with quality and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with regional and global teams on proactive customer journeys.
• Analyze client requirements and translate them into automated solutions.
• Configure and customize the SaaS platform for customer needs.
• Document solution designs, integrations, and implementation steps.
• Perform troubleshooting and issue resolution for implemented solutions.
• Support customer journey optimization using data and basic analytics.
• Participate in knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
• Perform other duties in support of Professional Services objectives.
