Brand Command in Apple Valley is looking for an organized, proactive Account Manager to guide clients through the entire process from sales and design to production and installation, ensuring projects move smoothly and on schedule.

This is not a passive customer-service role. You must own the process, communicate clearly, and anticipate issues before they arise. Compensation: $60,000 - $75,000 yearly.

Responsibilities

• Managing communication with active clients.
• Providing proactive project updates.
• Coordinating projects between clients, designers, production, and installers.
• Tracking projects through each stage of our workflow.
• Gathering missing information, files, feedback, and approvals.
• Coordinating design revisions and client approvals.
• Monitoring production and upcoming installation deadlines.
• Helping ensure projects are ready before their scheduled installation.
• Coordinating installation updates and vehicle completion.
• Inspecting completed projects against approved artwork.
• Managing corrections or reprints through final resolution.
• Maintaining accurate project and client information in our systems.
• Building relationships with existing Brand Command customers.
• Identifying potential problems before they affect the client or deadline.
