Job summary

Managed Mobile in California seeks a Client Account Manager to learn the sales process, develop skills for client acquisition and retention, and help set daily, weekly, and monthly work targets under the Director of Sales.

You will ensure tasks meet safety and company standards while maintaining and exceeding client service levels, perform site visits, and coordinate with billing/service teams to support growth.

• Ability to consistently make multiple cold calls daily.
• Ability to articulate and manage multiple assignments.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to present to groups and follow sales process.

Responsibilities

• Follow Managed Mobile’s Sales Process.
• Sales lead generation from the field.
• Cold call leads to schedule sales meetings leading to new business.
• Look to increase existing client revenue – opportunities at locations, new branches or fleet units.
• Process client info updates in ACT/TMW/FV/Sales Database/billing team.
• Dealing with Customer Service/billing issues/Client Complaints.
• Collections / PO Collection.
• Process new client setup - paperwork and data entry.
• Marketing and Promotional activities (website, blog, social media, swag, etc.).
• Regular site visits for new clients focusing on relationship building and retention.
