Chelsea Piers is seeking a Pro Shop Associate for the Sky Rink to assist skaters of all levels with gear, fittings, and maintenance.

You will handle sales, cash procedures, inventory, and guest services in a fast-paced sports venue environment. A high school diploma and a customer-focused attitude are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in hockey, figure skating, or fitness is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to all guests and drive Pro Shop sales.
• Perform cash handling and drawer reconciliation.
• Receive, stock, and inventory items.
• Enhance the overall guest experience while supporting and representing Chelsea Piers.
• Assist guests with miscellaneous service needs, including equipment and skate fittings.
• Sharpen skates using proper safety gear.
