Floor & Decor is seeking a Pro Sales Manager to lead the Pro business in a designated sales territory, driving growth and profitability through effective marketing and account management. Qualifications

• Three years of outside sales experience (Retail industry preferred).
• Demonstrated skills in sales and business development.
• Ability to analyze sales data, develop recommendations and solutions.
• Excellent planning, organizational and time management skills.
• Persuasive communication skills (oral and written) and ability to deliver executive-level presentations.
• Excellent customer service skills and results orientation.
• Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Prospect continuously for new clients through phone calls, in-store sales and occasional outside sales.
• Maintain current list of all prospects in electronic database as specified by company.
• Develop pricing and business development strategies with management guidance.
• Coordinate with sales, operations and marketing to target leads and campaigns.
• Attend trade associations and trade shows; assist promotional efforts.
• Analyze local market to identify opportunities and buyers.
• Follow up on referrals and leads, track status and generate reports.
