Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. in McKinney, TX is seeking a Pro Sales Leader to drive growth and profitability for the Pro business within a designated sales territory.

You will build relationships with professional customers, monitor KPIs, and partner with senior leadership to execute local strategies. This role requires outside sales experience, strong communication, data analysis, and the ability to travel daily.

Qualifications

• Three years of outside sales experience (Retail industry preferred).
• Demonstrated skills in sales and business development.
• Ability to analyze sales data, develop recommendations and solutions.
• Excellent planning, organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to interact effectively at all levels and across diverse cultures.
• Persuasive communication skills (oral and written) and ability to deliver executive-level presentations.
• Ability to be an effective team member and handle project assignments responsibly.
• Must possess excellent customer service skills and be results oriented.
• Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Travel daily throughout the assigned area to call on existing customers and prospect new customers to solicit business.

Responsibilities

• Prospect continuously for new clients through calls, in-store sales, and outside sales.
• Maintain and update prospect lists in electronic databases.
• Develop pricing and business strategies with management guidance.
• Coordinate with sales, operations, and marketing to focus on leads and campaigns.
• Participate in trade associations and promotional efforts.
• Analyze local market opportunities and target buyers.
• Follow up on referrals, monitor leads, and prepare status reports.
• Plan visits with operations personnel and make sales presentations.
• Solicit orders and process services to achieve sales goals.
• Meet with new clients to assess satisfaction and develop referrals.
