Lowe's in Houma, LA is looking for a Pro Sales Associate to engage Pro customers, understand project needs, and drive sales growth. You will create quotes, manage orders, and promote Lowe’s Pro Credit and loyalty programs.

Coordinate fulfillment, deliveries, and follow-up to ensure projects are completed on time while maintaining a clean Pro Desk and providing exemplary customer service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED completed.
• External customer-facing sales experience.
• 1 year of sales experience identifying and selling products based on customer needs.
• 1 year of customer service experience resolving issues and helping customers.
• Ability to obtain sales-related licensure if required.
• Bi-lingual abilities are a plus.

Responsabilités

• Achieve individual sales goals by engaging Pro customers to identify opportunities.
• Develop understanding of Pro customers’ project scope and material needs.
• Create and manage quotes, blueprints, material lists, orders, and deliveries.
• Promote Pro Credit and Lowe’s Loyalty Programs to generate new Pro accounts.
• Coordinate fulfillment, delivery, and follow-up activities to complete projects on time.
• Partner with store teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized Pro Desk area.
