Lowe's is hiring a Pro Sales Associate to engage Pro customers and drive project-driven sales in WA state. You will build relationships, understand project needs, and quote materials while promoting Lowe's Pro Credit and loyalty options.

You will coordinate deliveries, manage orders, and collaborate with sales floor and fulfillment teams to ensure accurate, timely project completion and excellent customer service.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• 1 year of sales experience with ability to identify and sell based on customer needs.
• 1 year of customer service experience including resolving issues and helping customers.
• Ability to obtain sales-related licensure or registration as required by law.

Aufgaben

• Achieve individual sales goals by proactively engaging Pro customers and driving sales growth.
• Develop understanding of Pro customers' project needs to provide relevant solutions.
• Create and manage quotes, blueprints, material lists, orders, and deliveries.
• Promote Pro Credit and Lowe's Loyalty Programs to generate new Pro accounts.
• Coordinate fulfillment, delivery, and follow-up to ensure on-time project completion.
• Prospect for new Pro customers and build relationships by walking the sales floor.
• Utilize extended inventory capabilities to win sales when items are unavailable.
• Partner with salesfloor, fulfillment, and outside sales teams for a seamless experience.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized Pro Desk area and support store operations.
• Leverage Lowe's U and training platforms to improve selling skills.
