Behr Paint Company is seeking a Pro Sales Associate in the South Kansas City area to engage with professional painting contractors. You will collaborate with Behr’s Pro Desk and Home Depot staff, helping pros find the right products, tinting orders, and ensuring quick in-and-out service.

You’ll build relationships with local contractors, input leads into Salesforce, and assist with requests while lifting up to 75 lbs. Training is provided; prior experience is not required.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Ability to learn Behr products and color matching.
• Comfort using Salesforce CRM.

Responsabilités

• Support the Home Depot Pro Desk and introduce yourself to contractors.
• Pull and tint orders for pickup and assist customers in-store.
• Build relationships with professional contractors in-store.
• Enter new leads and contacts into Salesforce; follow up on jobs and future needs.
